Assist management in the delimitation of economic behavior and practices in conformity with the competition rules, including support to lawyers in compliance advice. Collaborate with management in studying marger and acquisition strategies and prepare cases, jointly with lawyers, for presentation to competition authorities. Similarly, we assist in state aid.
